This owl variation was cased from a fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Sherry Hostetter.
Use your owl punch to create a typical owl with white shirt, colored heart, black and white eyes, and colored eyelids. Punch another white shirt for the hat and free hand a red cross. I used adhesive metallic paper for the stethoscope – the curved part uses the 3/4″ and 1″ circle punch, while the straight part is just a free hand cut. Use the punch and a rhinestone to create the rest of the stethoscope.
Underneath the striped DSP is a piece of chipboard to keep it sturdy. On the back of the chipboard is plain coordinating paper. The remainder of the notecard uses the Word Window Punch with the “Thanks So Much” Sentiment from the Pocket Silhouettes stamp set. The clipboard is made of chipboard that was embossed with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and the Big Shot. The library clip with white baker’s twine and Just Add Cake DSP finishes the piece.
