Send Me Soaring Gift Bag

The “Send Me Soaring” set is one of my favorites and is available in the SU! Occasions Mini Catalog (Jan 4 – Apr 30). I’ve seen it used as argyle for more masculine projects too!

How do you get started? I would recommend assembling the entire front of the gift bag first and adhering it to the bag last. The clouds are punched from the frosting on the Cupcake Builder Punch and embossed with the Big Shot and Stripes Embossing Folder. The kites are stamped, cut with scissors, and then popped using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The grass is card stock, with the top side cut about one-third of the way to the bottom to give a grass effect.
