As promised, here’s the Mojo Monday Sketch for today:
And here’s my creation:
Within the past week I’ve started to experiment with the Subtles Collection and I think it’s great – especially mixed with Tangerine Tango from the Brights Collection. Don’t be afraid to mix the collections – they coordinate better than you’d think!
The Just Add Cake DSP adds a powerful pop of color on the neutral background. The flower is made using four layers of the 2 3/8″ Scallop Circle Punch, scored from valley to valley, cut half-way to the middle on each of the score lines, and then curled up towards the center. The Chocolate Chip Button is from a package that I purchased from the Clearance Rack a few months ago. The end of the “Hello” banner is punched with a 1″ circle punch to resemble the ticket corners and scallops.
