Once again, we’re ending the week with guest blogger, Cindy Hansberry. Remember yesterday’s post when I announced that my parents celebrated their 36th anniversary this week? Well, here’s the card Mom made for Dad!
Who doesn’t love that owl punch?! Here are my two favorites things about this card: 1) The color scheme – Temping Turquoise, Early Espresso, Melon Mambo, and Old Olive; and 2) The 3/4 length front makes clever use of the inside of the card, too!
The branches and leaves are punched with the Bird Builder Punch, once in Early Espresso and again in Old Olive. The layers add depth to the card without using a Stampin’ Dimensional. The sentiments on the front and envelope are from retired sets in the Sale-a-Bration catalog.
She finished off the inside of the card with the phrase “Owl Always Love You!” – perfect for 36 years, don’t you think? 🙂
